      1. INTRODUCTION

      Welcome to Hot Club Flyers. This website is operated by Sebastián García, doing business as Hot Club Flyers (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Hot Club Flyers”), accessible at www.hotclubflyers.com. We sell professionally designed, fully editable PSD templates for nightclub events, party promotions, and entertainment marketing.

      By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

      2. ELIGIBILITY

      You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from or register on this website. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

      3. PRODUCTS

      Hot Club Flyers sells digital PSD (Photoshop Document) template files for use in nightlife event promotion, including but not limited to club flyers, party announcements, DJ promotions, and event marketing materials.

      All products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

      4. ORIGIN OF TEMPLATES AND AI DISCLOSURE

      4.1 Template Sources. Some templates available on Hot Club Flyers are original designs created exclusively for this platform. Others are adapted from designs originally created for clients of our affiliated graphic design agency, Perfekta Unlimited (www.perfektaunlimited.com). Where designs are adapted from client work, all identifying information — including event names, dates, venue details, and photographs of real individuals — is removed or replaced prior to the template being listed for sale.

      4.2 AI-Assisted Design. Some templates may include visual elements created or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, including AI-generated imagery, AI-enhanced backgrounds, and AI-assisted compositional elements. By purchasing a template, you acknowledge that it may contain AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content.

      4.3 AI-Generated Models and Images. Many templates include photographs of models and visual assets that are entirely AI-generated. These AI-generated models and images are not real individuals and carry no likeness rights or model release requirements. They are included as fully usable design elements and you are free to use them as-is in your final published materials without any additional licensing or attribution.

      5. LICENSE TERMS

      5.1 What You May Do. Upon purchase of a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

      • Download and use the PSD template file for personal or commercial purposes
      • Modify, customize, and adapt the template for your own events, clients, or promotional materials
      • Use the final customized design for print, digital distribution, and social media promotion
      • Use the template on behalf of clients as part of your own design or event promotion services

      5.2 What You May Not Do. You may not:

      • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original or minimally modified PSD template file with any third party
      • Upload or make the template available on any other marketplace, template platform, or file-sharing service
      • Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design
      • Use any template in connection with illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content

      5.3 Single Purchase, Multiple Uses. A single purchase grants you the right to use that template for an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects. You do not need to purchase the template again for each use.

      6. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

      To purchase or download products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hotclubflyers@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

      7. PAYMENTS

      All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

      • Credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
      • PayPal

      We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by our third-party payment processors under their own security standards.

      8. DIGITAL DELIVERY

      Purchased templates are delivered electronically as downloadable files. Download links will be provided via email and through your account dashboard upon confirmed payment. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

      We recommend downloading your files on a desktop or laptop computer, as mobile devices may not support downloading and saving PSD files correctly. If you experience any issues with your download, contact us at hotclubflyers@gmail.com and we will assist you.

      9. REFUND POLICY

      Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a download has been accessed or delivered.

      If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or opening your purchased file, contact us at hotclubflyers@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include providing an alternative file format or a replacement download link. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our part.

      10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

      All template designs, graphics, layouts, and visual content available on Hot Club Flyers are the intellectual property of Hot Club Flyers or its affiliated creators and are protected by applicable copyright laws. The purchase of a template grants you a license to use the design as described in Section 5 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or any of its components to you.

      You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of our templates for resale or redistribution without our prior written consent.

      11. USER CONDUCT

      By using this website, you agree not to:

      • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
